Are You Ready for Your Own Metamorphosis?

After a loved one dies, especially a spouse, it is easy to get lost in and feel consumed by grief.

You may think that you’ll never feel joy again.

You may not know your own place in the world anymore and feel lost.

You may be filled with anxiety about the future.

Things that brought you joy before may seem meaningless and serve as an activation for intense grief.

Holidays, anniversaries, and birthdays may seem like days and events you wish away instead of celebrate and cherish.

You may avoid certain activities that would help move you forward on your grief journey because they feel daunting.

You may feel numb, angry, guilty, resentful, or frustrated.

You may not know how to navigate grief while also caring for children who may also be grieving.

I KNOW THESE THINGS ARE TRUE BECAUSE I’VE ALSO WALKED THROUGH THE FIRE OF GRIEF AND SURVIVED—THEN THRIVED AND I WANT TO SHOW YOU HOW YOU CAN DO THE SAME.

A magical, joyful, and purposeful life awaits you, even in the midst of grief. I truly believe that if you’re here, there is a reason. It is time to give yourself wings and fly.

Let me be your guide while you Evolve, Expand, and Grow in Grief.

As your guide on your grief journey, I will help you with the following:

  • Witness your grief so you feel fully seen in your loss.

  • We will work through anything that is holding you back from moving forward on your grief journey including any guilt or trauma associated with your loss.

  • We will look at your lifestyle and figure out what activities, actions, and mindsets are productive and helping to move you forward on your grief journey and which ones may be holding you back.

  • We will work on creating a new identity after loss and loving the person you are now—the person that has been shaped and molded by loss. We will also figure out how your new identity now fits in this NEW world without your person so you can begin to actually feel hopeful for life again.

  • We will establish new rhythms, rituals, and routines in your day that will help you on your grief journey and help you find more peace.

  • We will find strategies to manage waves of grief that will inevitably occur and how to transition more gracefully out of those waves of painful grief.

  • We will talk about how to integrate your loss into your life and how to find meaning from your loss.

  • At the end of our work together, my hope is that you will know and love the person you are becoming through your grief, you will feel more joyful and excited for the future and feel confident that you have the tools to address any road blocks that may occur on your grief journey.
